YHC hardwired ethernet internet structure:

                Each port is limited to 100 MB per second speed.

                A purple dot next to a port indicates it is available for use.

                Ethernet cables plugged into the access point are not available for personal use.

 

Troubleshooting no internet or poor service:

 

In the bottom right hand corner of your main screen you will see three separate icons, here are their meanings and what you should do per icon:

Lan Network Symbol   You’re connected to our network!

If you’re still having poor service with this icon, then disconnect the ethernet for 1 minute and then replace. This symbol should come back. Check to see if the internet has improved by checking several different websites of your choosing.

Windows Wifi Icon You’re not connected to our network.

Ensure your ethernet cord is in good working condition and plugged into your device as well as the port with the purple dot next to it. Still not working disconnect one end of the ethernet cable and let sit for 1 minute then plug back in.
