If you’re connected to the YHC5G and your encountering intermittent service, please try the following steps:
First: Identify your Wi-Fi signal strength located at the top portion of your phone.
Second: Place your phone on airplane mode for 1 minute.
Third: Stand underneath the Access Point located in your dorm and turn off airplane mode.
Lastly: Check your Wi-Fi signal from step one. You should see this symbol:
If you don’t and/or you do and are still having intermittent service, please submit a help desk ticket at helpdesk@yhc.edu or 706-379-5212 and we will make an appointment with you to get your device connected in a timely manner.
