Please follow these steps to access and edit your YHC Cisco desk phones
1. Go to https://cucm-2.yhc.edu/ucmuser/
2. Login to the Self Care Portal with your YHC username
3. It may ask you to login a second time with a pop up window, please use the same credentials.
4. On the left side of the page select Phone Settings
5. Select Speed Dial Numbers and then + Add New Speed Dial
6. Fill in the required information similar to below and click Save
7. Your phone should do a quick refresh and then reload.
To Access your Speed Dial press the up arrow on the right size of your phone to select the person that you want to call
