As Microsoft Teams meetings become more popular it is important to know how to connect to the Teams software and program.
A. If you are a licenses users (Faculty, Staff and Students) you can download the Microsoft Teams Desktop App from the following website :

If you are calling in without a YHC Account, or sending the link to someone who is not part of our YHC account network please send them the following YouTube link.
Conference Call Attendees:
- Please dial-in at the Conference Call Number provided on the invitation. The number will most likely be in a format similar to 1-929-229-5751
- Enter Meeting ID: This will be a several character id number in the format 999-999-999 or 999 999 999
- Mute/Unmute: In an effort to provide the best listening experience, all attendees will be muted to ensure everyone can hear the person speaking. To ask a question or make a comment press *6 to unmute. After you finish speaking press *6 to mute.
To call in from a browser please follow the below steps

- Click on the link in the invitation. Format will be similar to below:

Click here to join the meeting
- Mute/Unmute: In an effort to provide the best listening experience, all attendees will be muted to ensure everyone can hear the person speaking. If you would like to speak, please raise your hand (see below) and the meeting presenter will ask you to unmute. Once you finish speaking, please mute yourself. In addition, questions can be posted in the chat window.
